Feng Jiuge marries Qin Muting to help him overcome a personal crisis and rebuild his career. After Qin is poisoned, Feng saves Dr. Zhao and uses the reward to buy a rare herb. When Duan Tiangang challenges them, Feng has Qin bring in a mercenary for help, resulting in Duan's defeat.
